Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods and Costs
We currently ship with Deutsche Post and DHL.

• Within Germany:

  • Small items (flat items): €2.00 — sent via Deutsche Post letter mail with basic tracking.

  • Larger items: €3.80 — sent via DHL small parcel shipping.

• Outside Germany:

  • All international orders are shipped via DHL Warenversand International at a flat rate of €5.60.

Delivery Times

• Within Germany: usually 2–5 business days after dispatch.

• Within the EU: usually 5–10 business days, depending on the destination country.

• International deliveries may take up to 14 business days depending on customs processing.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Tracking Information
All shipments include a basic tracking number, which will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched. Tracking availability may vary depending on destination and carrier.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date). We’ll open an inquiry with the shipping provider and do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We cannot take responsibility for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping addresses or force majeure (e.g. postal strikes, weather disruptions).
